Albany Creek Swim Club conducts club nights for it’s members on Wednesday evening throughout the swimming season. The purpose of these nights is to introduce a swimmer to a competitive environment while enjoying the social aspect with family and friends. Club Nights commence at 6:45pm sharp and usually conclude by 8:30pm.
The objectives of ACSC are to extend, encourage and improve the art and knowledge of swimming in an enjoyable and family environment.
Outcomes sought from ACSC activities guided by the above goals, include:
- Further developing the involvement of the local community in club swimming
- Deepening the understanding within the local swimming community of opportunities to participate in activities (e.g. swim carnivals) that deliver the challenge and delight of achievement;
- Encouraging our members to continue their participation in physical activities and realise the immense benefits
