“I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist who completed my degree with Honours at the University of Queensland.
The best exercise is the one you do: My approach to Exercise Physiology is grounded in compassion, evidence-based practice, and your unique goals. In my practicums I worked with a broad range of people- from those who were brand new to exercise, to athletes. I found a particular interest in the rehabilitation and prevention of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, and people managing cardiometabolic and neurological conditions.
In my spare time you will find me throwing a frisbee with friends, swimming laps or reading a book.”
