Alex has recently completed a Master’s degree in Science, majoring in Sport and Exercise, which has also accredited me as a Personal Trainer. During my studies, I conducted research on the benefits of exercise synchronized with music—something I now enjoy incorporating (and occasionally inflicting!) on the Functional Training groups.
My overarching goal in fitness is to help people become and stay more active, particularly older individuals or those with physical or mental impairments. In my spare time, I enjoy staying active through road cycling and cherishing quality time with my family.”
